About us
It was born from a travel problem.
In a foreign country you can't read the menu, so you guess what you are going to eat. We imagined a system where, in every restaurant you walk into, you read the menu in your own language, know what you will eat down to the spices in it, see the price in your own currency and wait for no one to bring the bill.
Today Vevez is a food and drink management platform that brings guests and businesses together on the same platform: a smart gastronomy guide for the guest, an invisible operations partner for the business.
Vevez is not an abbreviation but a name created for this project. Our logo grows from V, the most emphasised letter of the word, and has three layers: the red tick at the top stands for your needs always being met, the bottom layer is the V of Vevez, and the light brown layer between them represents our users, whom we wrap in trust.

- No. Vevez is free for guests; you can download it from the App Store and Google Play.
- Can I order without downloading the app?
- Yes. When you scan the QR code on the table, the menu opens in your browser and you can place your order from there.
- Which languages is the menu shown in?
- More than 130 languages. Choose your language once; product names, descriptions and options are shown in that language.
- Can I see prices in my own currency?
- Yes. When you choose your currency, the approximate equivalent is shown next to the price; payment is made in the business's currency.
- How do I find halal, vegan or gluten-free products?
- Tick options such as halal, vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free in the menu filters; the menu then shows only the products that suit you.
- I have an allergy. How can I see what is in a product?
- You can see the ingredients and restrictions on the product page. Allergen information is provided by the business; when you are not sure, ask the staff before you order.
- Where can I use it?
- At restaurants, cafés, bars and patisseries that use Vevez. In the app you can see the businesses near you and the order types they offer.
