From table to kitchen

Orders reach the right station in seconds.

Guests send orders from the table, waiters from their own phones; food orders come out of the kitchen printer, and drinks are sent to the bar. Fewer waiters needed, fewer mistakes, faster service.

  • Confirmed, in preparation, served: all on one screen

Till and scale

Sold-by-weight products, priced automatically.

Collection sales for patisseries and delis: the scale connects to the till, the weight appears on the screen and the price is calculated by the gram. Barcoded products go in the same basket.

Stations

One system from the dining room to the kitchen.

Over the waiter's shoulder: the Vevez product screen on the phone in their hand, and in front, the guests' table with kebab, ayran and bread

Your waiter's phone is all you need.

No lengthy training and no special handheld terminal. Your waiters download Vevez to their own phones, take orders at the table and send them to the kitchen.

A real Vevez business

A QR code on every table, every guest in their own language.

Every table has its own code. The guest scans it, the menu opens in their language, and the order reaches the kitchen together with the table it came from.

A restaurant-friendly model

You keep the earnings, Vevez carries the load.

A service fee, not a commission, on takeaway orders

Take and deliver your own takeaway orders: ordering, delivery and payment in one flow, with courier integration.

Promotions on your own terms

Set up points, discount, time-based or product-based promotions yourself, without paying for separate loyalty software. Loyalty is not a separate investment but a natural part of the business.

Let your waiters focus on service

Guests order from the table, follow their order and pay their own bill and tip.

A restaurant's data belongs to the restaurant

Guest data, order history and the loyalty relationship belong to your business, not to the platform; you can get your reports whenever you like.

FAQ

Questions businesses ask

What is a QR menu and how does it work?
When guests scan the QR code on the table with their phone, your menu opens in their browser, in their own language, without downloading an app. They order from there, and the order goes straight to the waiter screen and the relevant kitchen or bar printer.
Is the QR menu paid? How much will Vevez cost my business?
There are no membership, setup or monthly fees. A 1% service fee is charged on orders placed through Vevez; for online card payments, the payment provider's costs are passed on separately.
Do guests need to download the app?
No. Guests who scan the QR code on the table open the menu in their browser and order. The free app offers extra features such as points and order history.
Which languages will our menu appear in?
More than 130 languages. Guests choose their own language; product names, descriptions and options are shown in that language, and prices are shown approximately in their own currency.
Do I need to buy extra hardware?
No. Your waiters can use their own phones. A till screen, kiosk, scale and kitchen printer are optional.
How long does setup take?
If your menu is ready, your business can go live the same day. Your tables are set up, your QR codes are prepared and your team is given a short introduction.
Can we use our existing printers?
You can connect your kitchen and bar printers to Vevez, and you decide which item goes to which printer.
